DESIGN PROCESS

Our desire for you is that we may capture your hopes and dreams and present you with a landscape design that is far beyond what you have envisioned.  We are proud of our work and continue to work diligently to provide our clients with high quality landscape design.  We believe in a ‘Greener Future’ and strive to create designs that will not affect our environment in a negative manner.

CONSULT

Upon initial contact, we will meet with you to gather your ideas, your dreams and take measurements. We will use this information to create a program with goals to achieve for each individiual landscape.

ANALYZE

We inventory existing conditions and features while on site and in the office.  We then analyze these to help guide and shape the designs initial stage.  Some items that are necessary to take into consideration are building dimensions, window placement, soil conditions, light and wind exposure, and property set-backs.

DRAFT

Next, we draft a proposed landscape plan for your property.  Items on the plan may include buildings, plants with names and quantities, paving patterns, and water features.  We then meet with you to discuss and revise as necessary until a final agreement has been made on a final draft. We are proud to offer both hand and digitally rendered plans.

INSTALL

We install your final design.  After working hard on the landscape plan, no one knows the project better than ourselves. 

OTHER SERVICES

We are also available on a consulting basis to oversee the construction phase of the project.  Sometimes the layout, grading, placement, bed lines, and construction documentation can be misinterpreted, regardless of how accurate and detailed drawings are. In order to ensure that everything goes according to the original plan, we are available to be on site on a consulting basis or to coordinate sub contractors.
